Here in Canada if you speak with a japanese person they will and will eventually speak to you in English, goodluck with finding japanese people or someone who can speak japanese its like finding a needle in a stock of hay and even if you find one they will eventually speak with you in plain english... its not racism but I think they are more interested in having a conversation with you on english as they are like you trying to learn and polish their Engrish.

asa ascar No. They aren’t. Especially when watching on mobile. There’s no reason to write out who’s speaking every time. We can hear and see who is talking, and a simple color break is all that’s needed to distinguish the different people. Also, there’s no reason to write out the language in the subtitles when it’s being displayed in the top right. There’s too much to look at every time the subtitles change.

Not hating, just some constructive feedback to help improve future videos: Make sure the colour of the speakers remain consistent, for the most it has, but sometimes when Moses speaks colour is yellow, and then switches to orange, and sometimes it's the Japanese part was yellow and the English was orange. Made it a bit confusing at times. Having the speaker named felt a bit like information overload in conjunction with both languages on screen, my eyes were darting trying to keep up and actively trying to not read the titles and skip the lines in between. I personally think it would be easier to read without the titles of the speakers. Also sometimes the line with the English would be on the same line as the Japanese and when I got use to my eyes skipping the Japanese line it threw me off. Idk what the solution to the information overload feeling would be, but possibly a solution would be if the one language was always on one side of the screen and the other one on the other side? That way viewer can ignore other side and focus on reading line by line naturally. Another option might be having both the Japanese from both speakers one after the other, and then the English lines together like that after, so that no skipping lines needed when reading along with the conversation. That's about all, again not hating, just providing feedback for you with potential ideas on how to change things if you want to :)

Very cool Moses. Just awesome. A video like this is a real test for someone to see if they have the passion for learning a language. If they watch for a few minutes and are bored, then they need to pick a new interest or hobby. But if they watch this and are genuinely entertained and dream of themselves being you in this situation, then they have it. I am pretty good in Spanish and German. I wish I had a video of some of my leveling up. Similar to these and nothing like this feeling in the world, when the person you speak with's face lights up as they realize you know their language and took the time to learn and that it is not native to you. . I tip my hat also to your brother for patiently waiting every time and never saying to you..."let's go".
