Hi 👋🏻 Joe! What has helped me is visiting with GOD and sitting with Him while fasting in the Blessed Sacrament Adoration chapels…. There are 2 adoration chapels by my house and I am blessed that I can sit with Him daily if I do so will….. 🤍❤️‍🔥🕊

Bring back the traditions of the Church! Friday Penance (no meat), fasting on Vigils of certain feasts throughout the year. Bring back traditional lent! No meat and fasting all days of lent besides Sundays. Fast one day a week. Daily rosary. Weekly hour of adoration. We have become too soft in our Faith and tradition causes us to yes be spiritual athletes but to gird our loins and level up our spiritual acts!

Dr. Swafford, I really liked your video on Divinization that you did for Ascension a while back. I am wondering if you could make a follow-up video and go into more depth. For example, some people might not understand why you quickly bypassed morality to get to the essential point of Christianity (becoming like Christ by sharing in his nature). It needs to be clear for some people that you mean that we are fulfilling, not abolishing. Also, it must be highlighted that the point of Christianity is healing, not rigid morality, and that healing is divinization. It requires greater clarification for the edification of some listeners. Thank you for considering it. By coincidence, I just re-added that video to my saved playlists and here you are! (Haha) I would like to check out that book. I also like “quiet mental prayer where you just listen.” Would you make a video on the reality of “unceasing prayer,” wherein the Holy Spirit prays without ceasing within us, even during sleep? This is known to the Fathers, but I don't hear much about this today, unfortunately. “We possess them, they don't possess us”👍 “They'll know us by our love”👍 Thanks for the video, guys, really good job.☺ God bless☺

That is an incorrect fasting , actually there’s not such thing .. Many don’t explain the fundamentals of fasting correctly .. Actually even tb Joshua explained correctly the same thing … actually bread and water is for serious very very serious arenas and it was only Led BY THE VOICE OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD IN YOU … one cannot try things like in those arenas without Holy Spirit led .. Most typical fasting is the Daniel fast , and or basic Rest like a Saturday or Sunday , like enjoying nature with a few small Christian collegue , or alone … Please do your research , I fell stupid to soo many telling me the wrong way … I had to learn on my ow and it’s been a hellish ride , cause too many don’t know ..!
