Yeah its japanese chinese, just like american chinese its like a localized version of chinese cuisine, very popular in Japan

Obviously, it's Chinese cuisine. The places names with XYZ HANTEN (飯店) is predominantly Chinese cuisine.

Jesus Christ man, how in the world they are going to serve so many people. What I see is a double queue. Well, I mean the food looks absolutely delicious, and with all the pretty girls that work @ the restaurant, it`s even better!!!
In Western kitchens, the staff always play very loud music while working. I have never seen that in a Japanese kitchen. I guess it would be against the culture. I wonder why though, since it doesn't interfere with the job and makes it a little bit more fun. Heaven knows it's hard enough working in a restaurant.

It just occurred to me that maybe they turn the music off because of the camera. That would make sense.
