本当にここの接客は素晴らしいです。人が変わっても脈々と受け継がれ感じ 角煮に目を奪われがちですが日替わりはかなりお得です（個人的には油淋鶏） 老舗なのに怠慢な感じがない（量が多いから残すお客さんもいるのですが 残された料理の味のチェックをされていました）タッパーを頼めば持ち帰れます 長く営業して貰いたいお店です（行列凄いです）

二時間かけて子供たちとこれのために立川にいったけどほんと満足でした。 女将さんも忙しいのに気遣いしてくださり小学生なのにあめちゃんまでいただきました。 胃の容量が間に合わないくらい全部美味しそうで悩みました😂 子供たちとはまた行きたいね！とはなしてます。

In Western kitchens, the staff always play very loud music while working. I have never seen that in a Japanese kitchen. I guess it would be against the culture. I wonder why though, since it doesn't interfere with the job and makes it a little bit more fun. Heaven knows it's hard enough working in a restaurant.

昔はお店の座席も多く、５のつく日は餃子が安くてその日はいつも持ち帰りの餃子に行列が並んでいる昔ながらの街中華でした。 でも、今は駅前開発の際に建て直した店も狭くなり、その割にテレビで取り上げられて話題になってしまい、持ち帰りの５の日の餃子も辞めてしまい、地元の人の多くは離れてしまいました。 特別美味しい角煮というわけではないが、立川で他にその様なメニューがある店がないので、なんか話題になってるんですよね。 待ち時間改善の為に色々システム改善したそうですが、先日はダクトの火事もあり駅前が大騒ぎになってしまいました・・・ 昔のお店はよかったな。 基本的には、テレビで紹介されるまでは特別人気がある店ではなかったですので、やはりＴＶの威力って凄いよね。
