Basically a Persona main character has like 100+ stands, most of them being like, LITERALLY mythological Odin or Satan or Son Wukong or what not, PLUS some busted af endgame ability that lets them beat the last boss… which in Joker’s case was basically God. To be fair though the final ‘villain’ Maruki could’ve beaten the team whenever he wanted with a thought, he makes sure to be fair and fight instead of just blinking the team out of existence. Also to be fair though his stands are Azathoth (creator god in Cthulhu mythos) and Adam Kadmon (spirit of humanity… and since stands in this verse are based off human cognition, that’s basically the ultimate cheat code) so he’s got like the two strongest stands there are.

1:22 So pretty simple explanation, they removed the whole "fight" call as it gave them more freedom in writing the episodes and fight intros rather than having to always have a brief moment where they kind of just stand still and face each other before the "FIGHT" call. That and you'd also had to have it work around the track (since they use commissioned music for the battles). TLDR, basically it was just for convenience, better creative set-ups without the need of a call, and for pacing reasons for fight set-ups.

Yeah. Eggman is handling bowser easily. Metal sonic solos most if not all of his army by simply scaling to base sonic and sage is a super computer capable of running millions of simulations in less then a second and she was able to tank attacks from not only base sonic but the END, who is infinity stronger then past sonic villains like solaris and time eater or infinite who are low multiversal threats. Not to mention if we give him the dream orbs and phantom ruby. Lets not even get into super Eggman, he SHOULD win.....but death battle hates sonic so he probably wont. I mean they literally had shadow lose to mewtwo
