This was awesome. Also, sauté your kale on butter, with nothing but salt & pepper. No water, please. Actually, never poach or boil any leaves, it just dilutes the flavour. You're welcome.

Too much of any oil soluble vitamin (A, D, E, K) isn't good for you. They aren't like B complex or C which can leave via urination.

0:41 bad image for kale, that is a very specific an less common breed of kale, actually the produce department i'm in just started getting that kind of kale and likely will only be getting it for another few weeks. wish i could remember what it was called (been off for a few days and we just got it in, i started the job late august last year and we didn't have it then)

You can't get too much Vitamin K1 unless you're on blood thinners. And kidney stones have nothing to do with excess Vitamin K.

Joey Lee you can get kidney stones regardless of what you eat or drink. My mom only drinks water. Sometimes sprite. But she has extra medicine set aside so she doesn't have to go to the dr for kidney stones every month.
