In case you missed it, in the opening cutscene, that guy on the phone invited John to come to a fancy suit and tie party to commemorate the opening of... a new prison. One that apparently already had the inmates moved in.

Die hard vendetta had a weird story behind it? Dare I say, what happened?

3:47 You let that "Sector 7" line pass without saying "Homer Simpson Sector 7G". :D

I won 2 cases of Whoop Ass from a game informer contest, Die Hard trilogy on dvd, this game and a guide. Whoop Ass tasted like Mountain Dew Red Bull. Not a mountain dew energy drink, but a red bull mtn dew.

The only thing I remember about this is the driving part eventually includes aliens and Elvis. It was awesome.

The driving segment reminded me of another PlayStation game I remember fondly playing with my brother; Felony 11-79!

I remember playing this game back in the day and even I felt confused because was I playing John McClain or was I playing a new goldeneye just titled die hard.

In a way, you could consider this the Sonic Adventure 2 of Die Hard, as it condenses the multiple seperate gameplay style of the pervious games into a single experience...

this one looks more complex than the original but otoh lacks the sheer adrenaline the first one had, and the blood

Interesting tidbit regarding Die Hard Trilogy and Die Hard Trilogy 2 Originally Fox Interactive asked Picture House, a development studio that had team members from the original game to develop the sequel. They turned down the offer though. Trilogy 2 is an interesting take on what the first game offered, though I still prefer the original Trilogy's lightgun segment due to being more true to arcade like gameplay

I would not trust Marky Mark to save me more than John McClane, if anything, I'd be terrified that Marky Mark is in my vicinity even if he DID came to save me.

It's to bad this game wasn't successful, because "Die hard trilogy part 3" would have been and epic title name.

10:45 You can go in there and kill the guy in the chair by pulling the lever, for some reason. Why are you fighting the guards anyway? I played a lot of this game's demo from I think PC Gamer Argentina (Same as the Spain discs maybe?) as a kid, could never find the full one, my dad used to be the one that bought the games
