Under Kabogo business licences and county rates were being increased and choking businesses. Instead of working Kabogo was just being arrogant and bringing divisions over silly things like County HQ. Markets were stinking because garbage was not being picked. Waititu as MP was fighting this. When he became Governor he reduced rates and licences na markets zilikuwa zinafagiwa. Outsiders wouldn't know this, ni kuongea tu out of ignorance. The reason we removed Waititu was because of corruption. Not choking businesses and cleanliness.
