It is common these days for Māori to grow up outside of their tribal lands, with this happening, how do we hold onto and maintain our tribal histories? It is within our stories and our sacred landmarks. We will be talking about some of our lakes in the Bay of Plenty region, what’s more, how Tūhourangi connect to these lakes, which in turn teach us of their history.
