Does it run 3 trains often? And do they dispatch fast enough to actually make good use of 3 trains?

Yes, it runs 3 trains. Despatches weren't too bad, but the trains did still end up stacked in the brake sections. The wait wasn't terrible, however, a couple of mins at most.
