Wake County EMS Physical Ability Test Full Demonstration

Sunstar in Florida needs to use this. The recruiter even told me before I went to take it that he is having a hard time getting people to pass their test due to high heart rate. Their test is nothing to do with ems and you do a three minute stair step and lift weights, which is supposed to simulate a patient and stretcher. I could do this test with my eyes closed. Sunstars testing isn't even done in house and was done by a physical therapist in a therapy room.

Wow, if only our tests in Canada were this simple. Our lift tests and PAE's are much more challenging than this.
