Hey guys, I finally got a full combo on the insane difficulty of Pika Girl. The circles come in so fast >_< but I managed to do it after soooo many tries. I finally have over 1000 total pp, and I'm finally top 50,000 in the total pp leaderboards. Achieving this AND the new Hunter x Hunter episode comes out today? This day couldn't be more awesomesauce! ^_^

@@_UberEats_ You forget that back in those days, there were far fewer farm maps - probably 90% of your current top plays wouldn’t exist. The biggest farm maps at the time were Koigokoro and Daidai Genome. Jump maps were very rare, and most maps had OD 6-8. PPv2 was also different back then, and most maps gave less pp than they do now (for example, Image Material was worth 400pp instead of almost 600pp). Raketapping didn’t exist, and skins were much less readable. Combo Scaling Removal didn't exist etc. Overall, it was significantly harder to earn any pp.

I created my osu account 14th march 2014 lol. Sadly i didn't really play that much... Peak 60.443 (reached 2022) went inactive again. Started playing serious now since 3 months and climbing back to my peak. Currently at 69.393 (5.418pp) It's insane that it's been over 10 years already!

indeed this was golden era of osu, this is prolly start or mid of 2014 cant remember tho, but when i started play i remember hvick as #1 _index #2 i guess WWW were top 3 and later on battle started between hvick and Rafis then cookiezi unban and few other players joined battle for top 1 world, this battle were so intense and fun to watch, PP records 665 by hvick as i remember then 666 by Rafis 667 by WWW was a meme and much much other things, first 600 pp score by _index on Dragonforce, then map were unranked and he did set 600PP AGAIN, Azer meme with never give up on United, and so on, i dont play Osu since 2020. Thx to AlexPain24 for bringing me to Osu, i remember 1v1 with him and how much fun i had on this game
