it was filmed but word has it Kate was not happy with some aspects. For us in the audience it was the most emotional concert ever, utterly fantastic, we'd love a dvd too.

I'm sorry if your post was deleted,(It wasn't me) as you are entitled to your view. What you said had crossed my mind too, though i thought she looked ok , a little hippy mumsyish (she is a mum after all) but my feeling was that maybe the dialogue part within the Ninth Wave was a little clunky(that was the author David Mitchell's work, not the comedian) but apart from that I thought the show was magnificent and would have loved Kate to bring out the dvd especially for those unable to attend. In interviews recently Kate has not ruled out bringing out the dvd. I think it was over 2 years after Zeppelin performed before their dvd of their one off show happened.

My understanding, according to Wikipedia, is that two of the concerts were shot for DVD but those plans have since been sadly abandoned.

Very disappointed that she shelved the DVD. I have the record and it's great but all the time I'm listening to it I'm wondering what did this look like on stage? Audio only can't really make up for missing what was apparently a stunning theatrical show. She hadn't played live in 35 years and she may never again so to miss out on this ultra rare treat is so disappointing.I hope she reconsiders.
