Every time a car alarm goes off with that BEEP BEEP BEEP, I always got to spit the intro to myself. I don't usually get super far into it, because the owner shuts it off, but I'm vibing until that happens.

Clipping has got to be the most inventive rap group ever. We got an alarm clock providing the music here. There's a song that progresses through time sigs. (Story2) Story 7 has different ways of subdividing 15 and 21beats per line, which is the dopest shit I've ever heard a rapper do. Then there's Wriggle, that uses radio static and fax machine frequencies for the chorus. I've seen live footage where the one DJ is smashing glass in Tupperware with a microphone with reverb and delay on it and I've seen the other dude literally blow up a balloon and squeak it into his mic with effects. All sounds are produced in real time in their most raw form. It's really something to be revered. Too bad this world needs that same ol familiarity, for the most part. Clipping is literally unmatched in their creativity. I appreciate seeing you guys do a track every once in awhile! Shout out to the Patron!

Im really liking Bulletproof Codpiece's "HowlinAtTheMOON", which he rhymed a freestyle over Monster Rally's Flowering Jungle. But Daveed Diggs is the best rapper alive... Tobe Nwigwe gets the best features. Prof and Sonreal tie or at least dead heat for best videos, or at least entertaining. Watsky and Aesop Rock are the most lyrical and enunciated... I can't WAIT for clipping. to put together an album full of features... Aesop, Cannabis, Watsky, Kyle, Danny Brown, SonReal, Prof, Blackaliscious and Black Thought & R. A. The Rugged Man all need a spot on their beats, plus get some extra muscle on those beats with guests like 3-Stax, DJ Shadow, Evil Nine, Gesssafflestein, and throw in some Tribe Called Red to just beat me to death... But I think Daveed Diggs needs to get on a groove with Chali 2Na and maybe some Ozomatli, Spooks, General Patton vs. the X-Ecutioners... I imagine if I was in charge of hip-hop and ran my own label I could put out spice that'll turn some black eyes Blue like the Arakkis of Dune or superhumans like the Atomics with zjonWayne of Barsoom!?

Also yes, he was in Freestyle Love Supreme first (incredible freestyle rap group, saw them live before) and half of them were in Hamilton because Lin-Manuel Miranda was first the co-founder of FLS. Diggs played my favorite character in Hamilton, the Marquis de Lafayette (also Thomas Jefferson, my second fave). And Clipping has my favorite Tiny Desk so I'm glad y'all are gonna check that out

Daveed is not the main actor in Hamilton. He plays two roles; Marquis de Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson.

I found Hamilton because of zdaveed Diggs involvement.. Love Reign Supreme with him and Lin Manuel-Miranda is a perfect little niche offshoot group.. Kind of how I only found The Gorillaz because Del Himself told me he got to work with one of his heroes, Damon Albairn... I was like What? ( I got to sing the intro to Whack MC's on stage next to Del and Biz Marker... First time I ever scored with a black chick was that night after I kicked my friends out the hotel room by putting two blunts and a pizza plus a 2L of soda in the car for them and telling them to give me thirty minutes ... She laughed and smiled and said ", he'll be done in two minutes then turned around looking like Halle Berry playing Pam Grier in a biopic.... I finished nearly immediately once i got in... Her snatch snatched a bit of my soul out with it..... Made me understand why the French call it "un petit Morte" for sure..... But man, I wanna find their reaction to zlFYE FYE...
