This vlog is a call to address the problems facing the city so it could reinvigorate business in the downtown area. There are programs being implemented by the city government to stimulate business. The people, though, are calling for the city government to handle promtly and effectively the major issues facing the city to achieve an enduring improvement and growth for the city.
