Wow! What a great video! My Girlfriend and I recently visited Willard and were wondering what became of the Insane Asylum after it closed and then was converted in to a drug rehab facility. Thanks again, Park Productions, for making this available. I have new respect for those who served in the rehab program, both the leaders and inmates who want to clean themselves up.

I was a Dorm B3-Silverwolf in October 2011 and completed January 2012. Completed the program and this video blew me away. Spot on about what the program is about. I don't think it is the best approach for addiction but a step in the right direction. This program was insane. Not necessarily the drilling and military aspect but more so the D.I.'s threatening to take your release date for the absolute smallest things. Hopefully all the people in this video are still alive and changed their lives.

I got there June of this year and came home at the end of October. I was in 2 of the hardest dorms on that compound. Artic Wolves and Bulldogs are the toughest dorms there but they have great counselors who actually care where in other dorms they would just tell you what you want to hear just to get rid of you. It is not a breach of human rights because when you sign up to start the program all of your rights are taken away. I am glad that I did this because it gave me more discipline towards authority and for myself.

Frankie Lymon (1941-1968), Keith Richards of The Rolling Stones, Dennis Wilson The Beach Boys (1944-1983), and even his Brother Brian did it and in 1979 while on tour in New Zealand/Australia The Group almost broke up because of Dennis sharing Heroin with Brian.

This place looks like some weird cult with the way the instructors conduct themselves and the program. I'm all for the boot camp part because most people in trouble have never had discipline, but the other part is just weird. The white instructor with a mustache and messed up haircut gets on my nerves. He talks to people like he's Yoda. I'm happy for the people that have gotten help from this program, but it looks like the staff are abusing their power. Each person should find a program that works for them, so if this program helps them, I'm happy for them.
