This is so fascinating to me...I am like my grandmother was ..and rather like my mom...early early AM. As in 4 AM...a lion for sure...I tend to feel best getting seven to seven and a half hours sleep...any more and I feel hung over and drag...on sundays, I sometimes can sleep til 430 AM... My colleagues tease me that I get more done by six in the morning than the army does. Ha ha! Interesting facts.Thank you for sharing your wisdoms!

Hello respected Doctor. I try to follow your advise regarding my chronotype, however, my work schedule is misaligned by about an hour and a half with my chronotype schedule. What’s better in this scenario? To continue following whichever activities I can regarding my chronotype schedule or to move all the activities an hour and a half? (Or even a third option would be to change my job?) I would appreciate your advise.
