that's excaly what I've had for a couple years I almost cried when i felt my glute again after this alone excercise I'll do more reps everyday you have no idea how much i used to suffer from it

When I tell you I tried it with the massage gun and felt instant relief! You would think I was bsing you. This video helped me a ton I was finally able to go a full day without pain meds

How long does it take to become better? How many sets, reps and days.. please and thank you!

That is a great question! Many individuals experience benefits immediately. I recommend performing this before training legs. Everyone will have their own “sweet spot” for sets/reps. A good place to start would be performing 3 sets of 10 reps for each leg. Generally the better you get at this exercise the less you have to do.

What if the amnesia is a long the inside of the glute? I can feel the other side where you said to feel but on the inner glute I cannot seem to fire correctly 🧐 I'm trying kick backs and many exercises but I still feel like gluteal amnesia if the cause of all my knee and thigh pain

If you are having difficulty firing the medial portion of the glutes, than you might need more gluteus maximus involvement, or it could be be hamstrings. Try glute bridges/eccentric hamstring curls on a physioball. The eccentric contraction should increase the firing capacity of all the musculature described. I will post a video on this later this week! Hope this info helps!

@@Mc2.health thank you so much!! It was so hard to even determine what my issue was for so long as I had numbness along my glute and it's hard to figure out something when you can feel it truly. But only on one side is numb, but I'm sure my hamstrings are wayyy too tight on that side.
