I totally agree with you~ I want to help you a little bit, if that's ok! I'm not fluent in Japanese yet (my level is between N3 and N2 somewhere) but since 上手 is a ナ形容詞 it should be 「上手だし」。 And counters/quantifiers always come after the noun! But if you really want to place it before the noun (then it kinda sounds like you're stressing that she's making a lot of videos, I guess?) you can say 「たくさんの動画も作ってる」。 And then to make it sound even more natural you can add something like 「そりゃ」before 「人気なわけだ」! (^_^) (edit bc of spelling mistakes)

Such an incredible content, thank you! :) Would you consider making videos only in Japanese? For example: giving the whole explanation just in Japanese instead of English, but put subtitles in English. I know it's gonna take more time because there will be so much content to translate, but I think it's worth a shot just to see how it goes at first! Thanks for the attention!
