Sensei please consider making a video on てくる/ていく and the many meanings it can take on in a sentence. This seems like a simple grammar point but honestly it is much deeper and nuanced than I had expected. Yeah sometimes they literally mean coming/going, but other times they seem to have a time-related meaning, and sometimes I just can't figure them out. Also past tense versions てきて/ていって seem to have different nuances as well.

Ahhh I almost understood the proverb. I figured ならず but I often get なさけない mixed up with はしたない. Hey i've been trying to learn japanese on and off for about a year. Misa ur videos have been a great help. Due to my work i have little time and can not study every day or i have to stop for multiple weeks. I find it rather hard to refresh my memories after long breaks.
