Even though I'm around an N2 level, every time I watch your more "beginner" lessons I always learn new things too, whether it's vocab or expressions (I knew 役に立つ but didn't understand ためになる as a set expression). I'm really glad you're making so many great videos!

Sensei please consider making a video on てくる/ていく and the many meanings it can take on in a sentence. This seems like a simple grammar point but honestly it is much deeper and nuanced than I had expected. Your videos are so comprehensive, I'm sure you'll help us master these forms as well! よろしくお願いします~🙇🙇

Yeah sometimes they literally mean coming/going, but other times they seem to have a time-related meaning, and sometimes I just can't figure them out. Also past tense versions てきて/ていって seem to have different nuances as well.

I am reminded of the line in Shoujo Kakumei Utena: 世界を革命するために "In order to revolutionize the world". (If you haven't seen that anime yet, it is one of my favorites and I highly recommend it)

N1の準備をしていても、N4やらN3やら文法の根拠を思い出してもかまいません。そうすると、「為に vs のに vs ように」って文法を使うことが多いが思い出すのに害はありません。 もし日本語が上達になるつもりなら彩乃先生の授業絶対に見逃せないというものだ。かなりの時間が経過してからでもN3動画を作成してアップロードしてくれたなど、先生に感謝しています上に文法を思い出すことは重要であるよ。 先生、何から何まで教えていただき大変なお世話になりました。|・ω・)ノ ご苦労さまでした

Thanks a lot for your videos. I’m still at the pre-beginner level and keep watching your videos. みさせんせいのじゅぎょうは、ためになります。 With regard to the word “karma” that you used in this video, please note the “r” here is actually pronounced. That is its ka-r-ma and not kaa-ma. A lot of people get this wrong.

These phrases are part of Japanese 101. Extremely useful. Impossible to speak Japanese on a regular basis without using these phrases.

Ahhh I almost understood the proverb. I figured ならず but I often get なさけない mixed up with はしたない. I thought it meant being nasty doesn't help others. :( About the buying my son a car example, can you say it this way? 息子に車を買ってあげるために、貯金しています。 As always, thank you for the lesson! 次回の授業を楽しみに待っています。きっとためになります!

Hey i've been trying to learn japanese on and off for about a year. Misa ur videos have been a great help. Due to my work i have little time and can not study every day or i have to stop for multiple weeks. I find it rather hard to refresh my memories after long breaks. Could someone tell me what to do or sugest exercises for me to do after a break? Ty

You could install a flash card app, like Anki for example. A quick method to remember vocabulary, whenever you find you have a spare minute
