Wakehurst Winter Warmer

A December evening in 2021 at Wakehurst Place, West Sussex to see the UK's tallest living Christmas tree, covered in 1,800 lights. Also to warm up with a hot chocolate plus toasted marshmallows round the fire.
Copthorne silver band played live festive music to raise the spirits.

Back in the fifties we would go Carol singing for a few coppers and if we was invited into a house there was always mince pies and bing or corona..corona in those days was fizzy pop...thanks the memories and the upload.
