You offered so much wisdom here! I’m grateful being grateful. A profound realization I had is that my deceased parents were just playing a character. That character that seemed so real was really a character playing a party in my story. But that’s not who they really were or are. Now I know they are divinity. Someone tried to explain this to me a long time ago, but it wasn't my lived experience until decades later. Also, you do a much better job of explaining the discovery-recovery-uncovering process. Interesting timing. I felt like i jumped off the treadmill, so to speak, yesterday. Today i had more energy in spite of being in a room full of people, and hardly thought a spiritual thought 😂 I kept battling with the idea of letting go of the story. I keep thinking, isn't the point of being here to experience the story? I feel free to live my life again, but grounded and empowered... but it's no big deal, as you said. Lol. It just feels simple. it is very terrifying when something absolutely devastating and horrific is happening and i think that im capable of controlling this somehow and that it happened because of me. because im also wise enough to know that i cant control it in any way. and if i think i am the only one who can change it and at the same time know i can't control it at all its a very scary experience.. that has been very common for me. taking things personally like that is very stressful.
