I lived in Naples Florida and I had no problem with homophobic people or haters. I just didn’t care for the humidity too much living in Hawaii, and some more, although some worse than Florida, Hawaii was ideal but too expensive Mahalo.

Periwinkle w/White trim a red door! Was my all time favorite color on a home I had in Seattle on Mercer Island, a Craftsman home. Still think it would work well w/an atomic styled home in Florida, even if not the Flarida side 😂. You both are so cute, we just came across your vids. Plural relationship here 4 of us total. & travel to Miami often & get the Ewww FL stuff too. Normally NYC, AMS, Denver area travel a lot. And 57, 50, 39, 34 ages - I'm the 50.

We live just east in pasco county. My husband and I flipped a few homes. One in st Pete. We painted our flip a light lime green with a blue/green door. The neighbors and buyer loved the color.

OMG !!! I'm so excited for you guys. I've been following your channel for a decade. I'd cry too, living 25 years, sweat and tears and love and strife, leaving your bed and breakfast. Your new house is stunning !!! Small but still huge compared to my NYC apartment. Also, you will love your small yard. You'll make it your own universe. For me, I love the water so much. Living in NYC, I miss swimming in the ocean. What would frustrate me about Florida, is that for six months out of the year when it's outrageously hot, I can't imagine seeing a lake or a body of water and not being about to jump into it because of alligators and crocs. That would be torture. I know you guys are nature lovers but be careful !!! Love you long time !!! ♥ ... a yellow house with white trim would be adorable. I also like the idea of Tiffany blue with white trim too. Would love to see what the front of the house looks like. Just imagine, sitting on the front porch in your rocking chairs with ice cold lemonade in a glass pitcher on a round little tea table, listening to Chopin's Nocturnes under a moonlit summer sky. Heaven.

As for the new house color, let me tell you that when I got my house in Pinellas, I was not sure about the soft pink exterior with white trim...but it's Florida and the color just grown on me! Still soft pink to this day and I'm very proud to live in the "pink house" as the neighbors warmly call it. Welcome to Florida!

Congratulations Guys! You got a house with good bones. We bought and renovated a 50-year-old CBS home here in Ft. Lauderdale and turned it into our own piece of paradise. I can't wait to see what you do with this new place. We couple that bought a smaller 2/1 and added a half bath and an outdoor shower to the laundry room and now it is perfect for them. An outdoor shower in Florida is all you need.

I'm only about 60 miles away in between Tampa and Orlando I guess you could say. I have friends that lived in the St Petersburg area and I have always wanted to live in that area. Do what you want to with your home and make it as tropical as you would love. Living close to the Gulf is an option that you have to make your life a tropical vacation getaway that you can live every day.

Congrats on finding your new home. Cambodia yellow would be a great color for the house. Don't forget to plant lots of lilacs, lillies and citronella scented geraniums all around the yard it will help keep the mosquitoes and termites away from the house. Especially once you get your privacy fence so you can Sun bathe and won't need to worry about getting bit

Portland is most definitely one of the most run down cities I have ever seen. I went there back in the autumn of 2019. However the area surrounding with all the huge trees looked absolutely majestic and rustic.
