It depends on weather the neko is more cat, or more human... if its more cat with a humanoid figure then it will probably have cat hair all over their body. But if its more human with traits of a cat (like ears and a tail) then they would most likely have cat hair on the ears and tail. And remain mostly hairless like us humans (apart from head hair and under arms maybe)
