Dear Steve, a quick word. My friend who hangs out with Me is 36 months older. He pees as much if not more than I. It's natural as We age to pee and defecate with both suddenness and with a bit of lessening voluntary control. I keep water at my bedside to drink and hydrate all the time. I keep my umm, my plastic half gallon plastic chamber pot near my bed. It's one of those free half gallon ice cream plastic containers everybody buys. ...So, going now is easy and just a part of being a mature person, so , I wouldn't worry. You're doing fine! 👍😊❤❤❤ 😊

I’ve been experiencing urine hesitancy for the past few months. I’ve come to realize that a deep breathing practice helps me fully empty my bladder when it’s being stubborn and trying to keep the rest of my urine in reserves. I just close my eyes, sit up as straight as possible and take a really deep breath through my nose and then slowly release that breath through my mouth and listen to the breath as it makes a gentle blowing sound, while visualizing that sound as flowing water, and the urine starts to flow again. I repeat the process until my bladder feels fully empty. 🌬️🌊 💗

I guess I am lucky, I rarely wake up to pee during the night. If anything wakes me up it's a noise or I forgot to put my phone on DND. :)
