I've just been diagnosed recently. I'm from the UK, 36 year old, relatively healthy male, and to be honest with you, it just kind of shocked me. Just never expected that I would have MS, but to be honest with you, I don't think any of us would have thought that. But to be honest, I'm so glad to come across a channel like yours. I appreciate the effort and the time that you put into your videos to help us all as well. Thank you so much. Bless you. Take care.

Steve, I have little suggestion about You trying one supplement and maybe do a future review. It's supplement that many bodybuilders take for pumps but it's really strong neuroprotective molecule/antioxidant. It's called Agmatine Sulfate. Also mine recco for deep sleep is liposomal apigenin.

I read alot, and GABA might be the reason for recovery becuase it fixed gut problems. Gut microbes thats needed to break down foods and toxics; that are killed by Antibiotix in prossesed foods ++ might be a reason for MS becuase it causes superinflamation in the brain and gut(they are almost directly linked). Eating GABA fixes gut temporarly, but you can also fix gut micros problems "permanent" with the right PRObiotix: infantis and L reuteri. If you havent heard about this not please search it up, Dr Eric Berg have some videoes

I’ve been experiencing urine hesitancy for the past few months. I’ve come to realize that a deep breathing practice helps me fully empty my bladder when it’s being stubborn and trying to keep the rest of my urine in reserves. I just close my eyes, sit up as straight as possible and take a really deep breath through my nose and then slowly release that breath through my mouth and listen to the breath as it makes a gentle blowing sound, while visualizing that sound as flowing water, and the urine starts to flow again. I repeat the process until my bladder feels fully empty. 🌬️🌊 💗

CC: FYI/FYR: Hi, Pam. Here you go. Research outcomes that are only theoretical at this time. Here, since I simply do not have the time to waste on these Research Slugs, I simply did and do their jobs, Ummm, For them. Below, Is The Answer, Followed Backwards into the Question. Hope this helps. My best, MDM, JD CANDIDATE ✌️ ----- Research Answer Pathway that may Substantially Result In new MS Medications, in say 5-8-9 Years: Protein-peptide interactions are crucial for many biological processes, including cell signaling, immune responses, and enzyme inhibition. They are also linked to several human diseases, such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Here are some key points about protein-peptide interactions: Role Protein-peptide interactions are a key component of the protein-protein interaction network in living cells. They play a fundamental role in many biological processes. Challenges Protein-peptide interactions are difficult to study experimentally due to the flexibility of peptides and the transient nature of the interactions. Computational methods Computational methods are needed to predict structural information about protein-peptide interactions. Modeling Modeling peptide-protein interactions is a complicated challenge that can be broken down into smaller subproblems, such as modeling the receptor protein and predicting the peptide binding site. Therapeutic strategies Peptides are good targets for therapeutic strategies because they are characterized by low toxicity and small interface areas. Binding Bound peptides can be buried in cavities, bound in grooves or pockets, or form beta-strand type interactions at the protein surface. Intermolecular interactions Electrostatic, hydrophobic, and H-bonding interactions play a crucial role in protein/peptide liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS).

I’ve got MS and had Nocturia/ few bed accidents in my past, I told my neurologist about everything, and he put me on Desmopressin- Nasal spray, and it works 100% and this drug has changed my life !!! One spray cuts down on the amount you pee because it’s an antidiurectic, so instead of getting up six times a night, I only go twice throughout the night, and have never wet the bed after taking this, absolute miracle drug…. It’s a problem with my pituitary gland not producing enough Vasopressin, and Vasopressin is mimicked by Desmopressin which is a synthetic version.. has helped me 100%

Dear Steve, a quick word. My friend who hangs out with Me is 36 months older. He pees as much if not more than I. Here, in my experience as a former MS Chapter Program Services Director, I truly thought We were making forward progress while there in 1997 Fall through Spring , 1999. I don't have MS, I'm 66, 37 years into a Dx of degenerative disc disease. This entails repeated injuries that permanently degrade the myelin at the roots of my peripheral nerves, ultimately resulting in paralysis (and death, unless I submit to modern, heroic measures). I will definitely get up to therapeutic dosing of lion's mane!

As I really think about it, I watched both brothers get Chicken Pox when They were Teens, Yes ., ' but I wasn't affected, though I was around them both, certainly enough for them to infect Me as well, but I never caught it, but now I get MS at 50, ...and they appear normal and healthy.

I have been doing this for years, and I have struggled so much in the past. I mean, there were stretches of months I would just stop. But my symptoms would get worse, and I would force myself to start again. I slowly started to realize this trend in myself, so I blindly trusted that sticking with it would eventually lead me out of the back-and-forth. I was right. I haven't felt a single symptom for years. But I'm not oblivious anymore! Instead of thinking I'm cured and can return to a life that resembles what I led in my 20s, I'm increasing my dedication to this new life. I'm feeling better than I can ever remember. I'm never letting myself go back.

Here you go. I was given Antivert back in 2022 for balance and dizziness. TTFD(Thiamax) and S-Acetyl Glutathione are serious supplements that can quickly turn things for better. Some peptides are also interesting. I consider b1 and glutathione deficiency to be root cause for many neurodegenerative diseases. Dysautonomia, SIBO, parasites affects b1 levels and glutathione. Molybdenum is also good one if taking many sulfur supplements like R-lipoic, NAC, glutathione supplements, Sulforaphane etc as You became sulfur intolerant. Molybdenum take care of toxic burden. Molybdenum deplete Copper so supplementing Zinc and Copper is must in ratio 10 :1 or highest 15:1. Apparently 90% of ALS patients have chronic low thiamjne and molybdenum. TTFD and SAG are most powerfull suplements available on market. INCREDIBLE STUFF for brain and nerves! Main TTFD cofactors are chelate magnesium and active methyl b-complex with small dose P-5-P. For SAG selenium and molybdenum. Once again Thiamine is most important nutrient for myelin and getting thiamine in brain as TTFD and boosting dopamine D1 receptors are complete gamechangers. Tauromag(Magnesium Acetyl-Taurinate) passes blood brain barrier and is by far the best sleep supplement. You have bad sleep supplements. Tauromag and Liposomal Apigenin are great. Btw. Agmatine sulfate is better than gabapentin for neurological sensations and it improves sleep as vasodilator. 5-htp is cardiotoxic, take L-Tryptophan. For ashwagandha Shoden version is by far most superior, but You must cycle it as it would cause anhedonia if taken daily. I expected more from You in supplements department. Check out Nootropics Depot, Objective Nutrients and Thorne for buying quality supplements.

Yesterday, I ran out of my custom Augmented Tincture. As my selfless effort to help those with MS; the way I used to back in the late 90s, while manning the MS Hotline, ...because I used myself as my own guinea pig to test my own answers on myself first, I can speak with confidence, because they are working.

Answer: I developed my own augmented Tincture. Based on my research and 2016 diagnosis, I had no intention of becoming another Terri Garr statistic. Well, after 7 years of research, plus the power of the Internet, I began seeing patterns of treatment that got people better, then added their methods to my own. Conclusions reached: MS is not caused by mere genetics or viruses, but because of what I and many believe, is due to microscopic Bloodborne Parasitic Infection. And: To mitigate and or abate MS and it's symptoms, The Reduction of Ingested Specific foods, Reduces the parasite's ability to quickly reproduce, which causes the neurological symptoms We experience.. The use of Tinctures, Substantially reduces and mitigates the neurotoxins, which manifest as the typical disease symptoms, respectively. Now: One Side of MS is mere treatment, the other side is Recovery. The proper Tinctures take several weeks to notice improvement. The other side, is the slow repair of Meyelin in the body. I'm taking Zrtec, which contains the Clemestine, per everything I've heard on The Internet. I'm finding that it's actually working. Outcomes: Though there appears to be Some Permanent Damage after 8 years post the 2016 diagnosis, but no medication offered. Nevertheless, my approach appears to work. I don't need my cane anymore, I can see well enough, I'm never in pain, and I can sleep. 😋👍 PS: Nobody ever gives you a certificate of recovery with MS, but since it all is working for me, Helping others is my contribution to those dealing with MS. 🥲
