I think one of my favorite things about this game is just how unique the aliens are. They really could've gone with the ususal "grey men in suits study you from afar and want to dissect you" but everything in this game is so memorably designed and implemented. You can make allys with a rebel group of cat-fish-human hybrids who feed you blue yogurt as a sign of friendship. You have to hide from these orbs straight out of The Darkest Hour that rip you apart for no reason. You can watch the bastard orbs be eaten by a giant pyramid prawn tripod, who later deploys the robots from Chicken Little and then their giant mothership factory just drive by your crib for no reason other than to look cool af. It's all very memorable and spooky yet amazing to look at.

Paused this vid right as you entered your first dream sequence and went to bed. Result were the most coherent and yet realistically terrifying dream I’ve had in years. 5 Stars would have a nightmare again. The dream was basically I went to a mega port that had ships from everywhere and towers up like it’s the Tower of Babel. Friend says something funny/mildly offensive, strange lady watches, bridge collapses, everyone looks up, and a cruiseship the size of a town falls upon the top of the building, sending untold waves upon us. Dream cuts as I look back from that and begin to climb up.
