Every WalMart employee looks like they want to die, they seriously look sick and depressed...Sometimes I turn around and get spooked at the sight of them, they look like extras from the walking dead.

I shop at walmart when I can... reason being they don't play pricing games like other retailers. The prices might not be the lowest for a specific item at a specific time, but they're always reasonably low - and I don't have to run around the store hoping to find the sale items for that specific week.

Walmart is seriously mismanaged. They offer incentives in all the wrong ways. I used to work there and I did double the work for nearly half the pay of many of my coworkers. So guess what? I quit. They have a huge turnover problem that could be fixed with incentives. Otherwise most people will do the least amount of work possible and/or quit. They also have a theft problem and customer service problem. I calculated my store could save $200,000 simply by keeping a single 24 hour security guard (200k after the cost to employ the guards). They could stand to profit immensely from increasing their customer service representatives in key areas. The more employee eyes you have, the less theft there will be. So it makes a lot of sense to increase their employee count in electronics where the need for customer service and security is coincidentally the highest in the whole store. This is only the tip of the iceberg.

Walmart is finished - I give credit to Gary Vaynerchuk @garyvee for calling it way back when he said Amazon is on the cusp of rolling out their drone program (which they are) bringing products to consumers same-day delivery and that will be the beginning of the end for most retail rivals. People won't have to leave their house in the future just like when the masses figured out they could watch movies on Netflix instead of having to go to the video store.

It s time the Wallmart CEO s give a better contract and conditions to their employees. The CEO s are loaded with money, shame on them. It looks more like slavery. People , go to the more little supermarkets and let Wallmart for what it is. Start your own little supermarkets, employees of Wallmart.. and stick together. To make a change, start with something different. It s rediculous that you need two jobs in the US, to survive. Another group of people is mega rich. It s not fair!
