Here's how I would describe the Roundhouse: "So, take a pump-action shotgun, turn it into a revolver, but put the pump on the top back, cut the magazine tube into 5 segments that hold 3 rounds each, make the mag tubes auto-feed into the chamber, and make it a Nerf Rival blaster."

Last month I got this for $7.50 on sale at Target. $7.50 when the knockout right next to it was $9.99. Probably the biggest steal I’ve ever gotten buying a Nerf gun new off a store shelf.

It's a bit big for me. I was going to get it, because it was like a smaller Artemis, but then they showed the Finisher at the Toy Fair and that had everything I wanted in a Rival pistol.

I definitely think the roundhouse is a awesome blaster and worth the price considering the fact that a 5 shot Kronos has varied from $10 to $40 depending on the variant and sales. That being said the roundhouse being a 15 round blaster And starting at $25 on its release I think is a great price and reasonably make sense. I will definitely be picking one up

I like that it kind of offers the form factor of a Heracles with a mechanism like the Artemis. I don't know what advantages top priming offers, besides compactness, but it's there if someone needs that niche.

The jam door also function as shut gun load door.... maybe I got lucky mine is about 93-95 FPS average. And with xshot balls it even got up to 103 FPS. Love the blaster, always enjoy your videos. Keep up the great work!

Honestly, if I'm gonna go with something that CHONKY I'd rather just use my Artemis with pump grip which looks to be about the same size but with twice the round capacity.. *shrug* I agree with this having that Hellboy Samaritan feel for cosplay style stuff, but for practicality I just feel like my artemis already does everything this does, but slightly better.

Yup, the good old Artemis is still the best. when it comes to springers, having a foregrip pump prime is just too useful for re-fire rate.

hey walcom jsut recently got the takedown and roundhouse, and i found with the takedown if you try to fire while the pump is back and pull forward while holding the trigger down it will allow you to prime again getting a double shot.

I grabbed one the other day. I really like it, but I have a couple of things I would like to change about it. One: slamfire (I have a problem, ok?). Two: if it were a shade longer, the capacity could be be much more. Three: what happened to blasters in both colors? I'm a blue fan. I almost didn't buy this or the Takedown because of them being red.

I... Don't know where I put the Megaman X music in here (the OST I used was Ragnarok Battle Offline, a classic) but I've always wanted to play ZX so it's on my radar. That game's art style is amazing. I've played Zero before and I need to play the rest. Personally I was always more of a battle network fan, I'm hoping that collection is coming.

Too Big, might as well use Artemis its just as wide and tall, and only 3.5" shorter than the Artemis; which has double the capacity. Given that its huge and heavy and you can't holster either blaster (no real 'Pistol' advantage). I'd rather just carry the Artemis. Pump grip better than top slide if its going to be so front heavy. Also slamfire.

Mine shot much harder than yours out of the box. I have a Hypnos, Mercury, and Apollo from Rival and it out shoots them all. I don't have a Chrono but I time how long it takes to hit the box I'm aiming at from trigger pull. Roundhouse is fastest always. And I've only had one round fly off course out of it, and that one was run over by a lawnmower lol.

i mean for that size 25$ isnt that bad and ammo capacity its 10+ ammo compared to the kronos which has 5 rounds and is 20 its a awesome deal but the large size might be to annoying i would definitely buy it if i was more into nerf and had friends in nerf its 5$+ for 10+rounds compared to the kronos but i watched coop772 and he had bad luck with it so its kinda a gamble if it works properly

I'm pretty disappointed with this blaster. I was really excited for it back when it came out and it ended up jamming and breaking. I thought it was just user error so I picked up another one because I love the design. I made sure to go slow and be very deliberate with the priming and it STILL locked up and I was unable to unjam it. Big sad

I tried ripping into it to to mod it, but said screw it with all the clipped in plastics. I do love the gun tho, but was depressed when I seen to high a risk of breaking the casing with my skills to get to the spring

Wasn't for my clumsy ass. Then again I only had 30 minutes on a lunch break to try to get into it and thought it would be just like the other rivals I've modded. One day I'll get brave enough to start messing with my motorized ones. Only started messing with them last year. Catching up on missed childhood with my son :p He's regretting shooting me with his Nerf dart tag he won at an auction! But I'll impatiently wait for that guide to see where I rushed in wrong. I am not brand royalty to Nerf but I still like to buy nerf more than Dart zone and Zuru since FPS significantly lower but it safe and not destroying the ball too fast, and form my experience Nerf gun shelf life mostly last forever (good care) while my Zuru x shot is already broken in 2-3 years. Maybe of Nerf use quality plastic and air restrictor.
