I would trade my brand new Iridium for a Q and XT rack no question. Even though the Iridium is far more powerful and capable of both of these synths something about the sound of these just really appeals to me

Wow... that's fascinating to hear/consider. I have a 10 voice XT... (which I am cleaning all the pots of... Uggghhh!!!), but I've always pined for an -Q. The interface just seems curiously lovely to me. And - having an orange AND yellow synth would be equally amazing. ;-)
