We stayed at Penlan Holiday Park, a family-run park that offers peaceful holidays with wonderful sounds of woodland wildlife. It is located near the village of Cenarth and its famous Falls. The park is just a short drive from the picturesque West Wales coastline.
You will see in the video Cenarth, a beautiful village bordering Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. The famous tourist spot in the village is Cenarth Falls, a series of small waterfalls and pools on the river Teifi and a well-known salmon leap, a sight to behold especially in full flood. You will also see remnants of a mill from the 13th century.
Cenarth has two pubs, the Three Horseshoes Inn and the White Hart Inn. There is a tea room with a large garden where you can enjoy traditional cream teas and meals.
There are plenty of small campsites, caravan sites, B&Bs and hotels in the vicinity and in nearby Cardigan. There are lots of self-catering cottages in most of the nearby villages and in Cenarth itself.
Newcastle Emlyn is a historic market town found within the beautiful Teifi Valley. The high street has evolved into a popular shopping destination. In here, you can find independent shops, art and crafts and antique centres. This town has award-winning restaurants, cafes, pubs and a hotel to cater to visitors' needs. The Attic Theatre has 84 seats, which is run by an enthusiastic and talented amateur theatre group who stage a variety of theatrical and musical material. The group provides actors, directors, stage crew, costume makers, technical, stage managers, set builders, publicity etc.
Thank you very much for watching!
