Hi Xanthe! Thank you for giving us a glimpse into your life. Have you ever considered that it might be the alcohol that’s causing your flat/blah moods the next day? Not many people know this but alcohol negatively affects your central nervous system, causing a depressed mood or anxiety because it stays in your system for 24 hours. For me it causes anxiety, even wine unfortunately which I love. I just thought you should know in case you were unaware. Just something to think about. Hope you’re having a lovely holiday. 🙂
