"Inuman" actually translates to "drinking session" and the first phrase "pre inuman lang" tranlates to "Dude, jus drinking session" is actually a jokingly sarcastic way of saying to the singer, we're here drink and not a concert in a good way and awe.

"PRE" is actually a shortened version of "Compadre" like "MARE" is to "Comadre" so the first video is like "Dude, we're just drinking" or they only signed up for drinking not a performance... it's filipino common sarcasm and our version of joking with each other. The "videoke machine" is only a tv, dvd player, amp, and couple of speakers ... And yes songs can be added,it uses usb drives or dvd. you must always update your play list so people will rent your machine

Karaoke machines are mostly rental and Yes they do update it with new songs but if one bought a Karaoke Player for their homes it depends on what brands or model there are. Some karaoke players can be updated with new songs on the place where you bought it (these are mostly new models) and some, especially if you bought it long ago, cannot be updated anymore.
