You’re right. The most hardworking idol who literally loves life. He laughs at everything. But the thing is if you watch some of his fancall events (video call with fans), he’s such an empathetic listener and gives the wisest advice, you’ll be surprised. Also in most of his interviews, he gives amazing answer, especially about dream, passion, work. We actually collect so many wise quotes from this little cutiepie 🥺 mark is raised so well by his parents, came from a sweet and insightful family, and i think it plays big roles too to his work ethic and just how he perceive life in general. its cute tho how it seems like in his family they sometimes sent letter to each other. he doesn’t believe in santa since day 1 cuz his parents told him it doesn’t exist lol. some of his principle : - being grateful is one of the key to be happy - people without dreams is like a car without engine - one of the secrets to keep up is by surrounding yourself with the right people, that’s why he’s always grateful for his members - if you’re in slump, first of all just accept it. its part of the process. however, remember not to let it take away the best of you - on your birthday you’re actually not the main star. it’s actually your parents. so instead of receiving gifts, u should thank/gift them All of those words are simple, BUT he really lives it out. He used to write diaries too to end his day. And I think one of the secrets is also his strong belief. I think i read it somewhere, one of his letter or diary back then, he said he does everything to God. He said he has 1 routine before going on stage : pray. Eric Nam also pointed out in their interviews on Daebak Show that he was impressed by Mark the first time he heard him giving out his speech on MAMA 2016, after they won the best rookies awards. Eric heard someone speaking in english and saying that he thank God to give them opportunities to learn & grow. So that left a deep impression for Eric. He’s not merely “religious christian” but he actually lives it out, the values and all. You guys should watch the poscast (Kpop Daebak Show), there are so many amazing story about Mark, like his magical audition story and all. Oh btw, Neo Chaotic & Cherryverse are the best of the best lol. for the moment 20:12 it was a part of a jcc (johny communication center) the two of them were filming a short movie , at at that moment when mark was laughing , actually the two of them exchange their boddies , and they were in shock , and strat questioning each other ( all this is in the short movie , they done the scenario , and camera postions , the main caracters , directering ,ltrl everything by themselves)
