momoland was so popular when they first debuted, but haters brought them down (specifically nancy, saying that she was disrespectful and hated blackpink or some bullshit like that) and now almost nobody pays attention to them it makes me so sad🥺 they're a talented ass group

Lol wht are u talking abt? momoland were not really "popular" they just had hype, more specifically their song 'Boom boom' blew up and that hype died down with every successive release. Because everything after that song their title tracks are all siblings of Boom Boom. So it get predictable and boring. The grp never managed to consistently hold the interest of the public. I mean they have hundreds of millions of views, numerous award wins, yet their album sales can barely scratch 10K+ sales because they hv a really weak fanbase. Not to compare or to hate but Groups like Dreamcatcher & LOONA with little Korean public recognition but they have a strong core-fanbase both domestically and internationally. Results in physical sales but weaker digitally. Momoland were never really able to establish a stable fanbase and after one of their main stan attractors (yeonwoo) "left", that probably took a huge chunk out of their popularity. also that whole thing with daisy's lawsuit probably left people with a sour taste in their mouth towards mld ent. and steered people away from them. Soo don't make it like one accident concerning blackpink brought the grp down. Because neither blackpink nor blinks had anything to do with it. It was a simple misunderstanding with Nancy that was later on fixed. Nd Nancy actually is still very popular especially in the Philippines, but momoland is not. tht's indication tht blackpink had nothing to do with it

2018 was the year that BTS started making it big BIG, basically they were setting even higher records than before even tho they have been starting to make it big in 2015-2016 so ofc they were pressured bc of this and emotionally they weren’t at a great place as they mentioned in their speech. On that day at MAMA they also mentioned for the first time of how at the start of 2018 they were thinking of disbanding and I remember armys being a crying mess after we found out and BTS breaking down on stage even more after Jin mentioned it and the idols were shocked too, Tae couldn’t stop crying even after going backstage😕

Hi! regarding the documentary about bts is mostly in the movie and sometimes you have to buy it through weverse shop to watch it. Just to let u guys know :) 1. Burn The Stage (2018). Featuring the behind-the-scenes of BTS' 2017 The Wings Tour and how they face they're own difficulties. 2. Bring The Soul (2019) following `Love Yourself' tour, BTS tells their very own stories from experiencing new cities to performing in front of thousands across the globe. 3. Break The Silence (2020) where they tell their story about how they are on and off stage. it's quite emotional tho :'(

my friends doesn't care about kpop before while I am a multistan since 2008. but in 2020 suddenly got interested in bts. And they spent more money than me since they also buy albums and merchs (online concert too). I only buy concert tickets when groups held a concert in our country (was able to save in 2020 tbh). My friends regret not knowing them earlier and get jealous that I saw bts concerts live 3 times. From their first daesang in 2016, I was also shocked because ofc they came from a small company but i know they deserved that. I don't really keep up with all kpop news so I'm amazed how they rise and be known internationally and now winning all daesang

If you want to know bts deep this documentary is brilliant and amazing to check it explains how bts got together and their achievements and what they faced since day one it will be great to check it in the channel as it is a short documentary compared to the doc that bts makes “The most beautiful Life goes on: a story of BTS” I highly recommend it

2016 was the year that bts got their first daesang, the fact that they sweep all the awards also the only and first Artist to do so. I'm so proud, also their 2016 awards was easy to accept and hard to keep because the other Fandom was signning petitions to the BLUE HOUSE TO revoked the award.
