His obsession with the girl, making him a creep-feels somewhat refreshing. Most of the killers we play as, give the player some form of sympathy for the slasher. This one didn’t. It gave him some uniqueness as a character we play as and one that we hate. And the one line that did stay was “ stay away from her you freak”

head cannon. the killer is actually dead but like in scream someone always takes up the mantle, and the reason why he killed everyone including the girl is because they left him. he probably put the mask on to keep himself from breathing in the smoke but still died anyway from the burns. the jock was the arsonist which makes sense why he died like he did. and I bet the gift he got the girl was a gnome which is why they appear so much in the game.
