Would you have the same opportunities in the Middle East without Canadian status or experience? I don't think so. If you don't have a foreign passport, you're treated very differently. It is safe to say, that your access to a better life in the Middle East is due to your expat status.

I think we need to hear from people who've struggled, you know, really struggled to make it, to get a better understanding and make better choices. Someone who's had to fight just to settle in the UAE and then pursue Canadian immigration... she's privileged, and it's not exactly inspiring to those who are just trying to survive in the UAE, you know?

Thank you for your videos.... With Trump's session and recent economic shifts, the markets face volatility, especially amid potential rate cuts and tighter bank lending. This environment highlights the importance of a diversified portfolio with stocks and cryptocurrencies to hedge risks. Bitcoin's recent surge to over $100k underlines its role as a resilient asset. Personally, I’ve grown my portfolio highly significantly, thanks to Dorian j Townsend expertise, which has been invaluable during these unpredictable times.

You are paying 13% income tax and 20% fedral tax, you are not getting anything free in canada, you also pay for your retirement package. Also Everything you buy, every bill , service you pay for is taxed 13%. In Dubai you are Free to do anything with your Money, save it, spend it, or invest it. There is nothing free in Canada and you don't have control over your money. If you want to leave, you further pay Exit tax, you do business, you pay capita gains tax, if your children inherent they pay tax, don't know if you live under a rock. University also has student loans its not free. you sit and calculate both countries, dubai life is cheaper, safer, more freedom.

As a person who has lived in both countries 🇦🇪🇨🇦 for +5 years. My experience is: 1. Canadian 🇨🇦 PR vs UAE 🇦🇪 isn't a tough decision. But yes, surrendering 🇨🇦 passport would have been something 2. Canada 🇨🇦 is very competitive. People with mediocre skills can't survive there, esp in corporate jobs 3. No comparison of canadian 🇨🇦 education system with UAE 🇦🇪 Canadian education and experience is first rated and top of the line and globally accepted. 4. In middle east people of south Asian descent are treated inferior. There is No such thing in Canada 5. You may live 40 years in UAE 🇦🇪 they will never give you citizenship and your life depends upon visa renewal at the whims of state. So in long run Canada 🇨🇦 is a better choice than UAE 🇦🇪 . This is based in my personal experience after living and working in both these two countries for over 5 years in senior corporate roles

completely agree with you. she dont want to take few levels down job to get into Canadian job market but in she took few levels down job in dubai when she lost job in noor bank. anyways main reason was tax free salary and maintain lavish lifestyle on such as having maid on few bucks. in Canada to have maid you must be earning fortunes. here they are ready to pay indirect taxes in the form of hefty school fees, other ways.

To be honest, everyone in UAE who parrots about how great of a place it is to live is doing so because its a tax free country. You take that away, they will all be looking for places to migrate citing hot weather, no freedom, bad treatment from locals, no social justice etc. They can sugar coat it as much as they want but truly, the only reason is tax free income.

Parents are dependent on their child at the age of 75 to be able to live in UAE, god forbid if something happens to the kid what is their plan? Are they going to change their visa? Not sure why Wali keeps promoting UAE as a retirement option. Intellectual dishonesty.
@WaliKhan_2k7 күн бұрын
1 - "You" should not depend on your kids for such visas - the videos I am making is for yourself to plan. 2 - When I mention UAE as retirement destination - its always coming with a caveat of making sure you have enough investments with you, I always mention - TAX YOURSELF while you are in this country. 3 - UAE is heaven to get parents visa in a couple of days unlike in the western countries where it sometimes take ages. You can arrange for private insurance too if you can afford. No such option for you from day 1 in Canada. People have different stories - one should respect the situation they are in. Sometimes people simply cannot leave family behind while moving to the west, while in some cases they don't have this emotional baggage!

Canadian Market is highly competitive, due to less opportunities, so average person cannot survive.. Secondly in order to be successful, one must have business oriented mindset with clarity and ability to take risk and understand basics or fundamentals of economics and PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL Circumstances.. Keep in mind you have to compete with local and graduates and professionals immigrants, from all over the world.. Yes you can set in Canada with jobs, but cannot have a life style (American-Canadian dream) with out business mind set.. When we talk about American-Canadian dream, we mean RESPECT being Canadian-American education (Right from Primary through high school to University & Job Experience) and Passport. On top of that which is only available in Canadian Dream is PEACE-Of-MIND.. That’s an Acquired Taste.. You only can get by Experiencing..
