SmarCrowd gives better ROI considering the annual return and performance fees. Most of the fees are more or less the same with some small deviation but Stake charges 7% performance fee on the appreciation profits when you exit a property. And if you check the annual return of properties in SmartCrowd, it is usually 10-11% while in Stake its 9-10%. It's always a good idea to diversify your portfolio. I would go for both.

It's a high-risk investment product, and in case of an emergency fund is required the liquidity time is very long..
