Hi. I'm no expert, but Albania is not expensive, so, it shouldn't be very difficult to start a business if you have the means. Sorry that I can not help much. As for beauty, if the business goes well, you'd be not only able to visit Albania (which, though small, has many nice/interesting cities), but also Italy and Greece, and other places which are close.
