Moving to Sicily - Walk Around the Kasbah, Mazara del Vallo, Sicily, Italy

No talking, just a walk around the immediate neighbourhood that surrounds the house we are renovating ourselves. A break from fixing up the house as we begin our journey. Emigrating from the UK to Sicily, Italy.

Thanks for sharing. What a lovely town. Is it early on Saturday morning? What time do the businesses open?

That was around 8am in the morning. The shops start to open from 10am and then close for lunch at around 130pm and then open again around 4pm through 8pm. They take lunch and siesta very seriously here. Being from the UK I can't help but wonder why they just don't stay open throughout the day and feel sorry for the tourists but then again that why we moved to Italy.... Different more relaxed lifestyle where culture is very much work to live life and spend time with the family.
