Walk Around the Outside of Oracle Park-Home of the San Francisco Giants (4/6/2024).

I am a Yankee Fan from NY. The San Francisco Giants are my favorite NL Team. Now before anyone starts attacking me the comments I’ll give you a short cliff note story on why the Giants are my NL team. Back in Middle School I had to write a paper for Black History Month, and the topic was sports, I honestly cannot remember why but that was the topic. So we had to choose athletes. And the one athlete I couldn’t choose was Derek Jeter because someone else got him. So I had to scramble on who to pick and lo behold I wrote an essay about Willie Mays. And this was around the time Barry Bonds Broke the All time Home Run Record. So after writing an essay about Willie Mays and following the Giants 2007 season I was hooked. So One Day I gotta make a trip to San Francisco and visit Oracle Park.

That's a dope story! Nothing wrong with having a team from the opposite league. The A's are my AL team. Giants and Yankees had a rivalry but that was like 100 years ago so nothing wrong with it. Hopefully you can make that trip one day!

Pretty park. I never knew there was a bridge right before the stadium.

Yup! Definitely one of the best in baseball. Most of the times when I go to games, I end up walking across that bridge.

@@BayAreaThrowbacks None of the networks ever show it. They only show the cove. Have you ever been there in the cove with a kayak?

Haha Benard was the man but I might be biased by the fact he was from Nicaragua haha. I liked Feliz and Rios too. Benard played for the Giants for nine seasons which is one of the possible criteria to get on the Giants wall of fame.
