I see downtown Chas finally got rid of all the riff raffery and made it look pretty decent now.

Still a good population of homeless tho, some improvements but no real employers except the usual - a shrinking population of coal barons clinging to the old ways, their lawyers, bankers, doctors - and lots of unions.
