I wasn't expecting to hear a cover of "Ces soirées là" from Yannick aha. "Ces soirées là" is a "modern" and more disco cover version of "Cette année là" sang by Claude François who made a French interpretation of December 1963 of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons in 1976. Huge sucess in France, one of the most famous song of Claude François. In this song Claude doesn't talk about a girl like the one from The Four Seasons but about the beginning of his career. For Yannick and "Ces soirées là" the song is about joy and party with a mix of rap and dance. Really good French rendition of this cover, great job !

This was more like a tribute to Jersey Boys the Broadway musical than actually Frankie Vallie & The Four Seasons. The songs may have been the same, but everything about the stylization, down to the choreography, costumes, orchestrations/arrangements/tempos used for the band, etc. were all from the Jersey Boys musical. Hell, you even did an abridged version the opening scene from the musical itself with “C’est Soiree La”, the dialogue, “Silhouettes”, and “I Can’t Give You Anything But Love”. The actual Four Seasons’ original arrangements were much slower and didn’t sound like the Broadway orchestrations.
