I could be wrong since I haven't read Sasuke Retsuden, but I think they are married by then. But the cover shows Sakura wearing what looks like her outfit at age 19, while Sasuke looks like he's wearing his current outfit. So maybe Sakura didn't want to change her style yet?

In Sasuke retsuden there are fanarts where Sakura's mission outfit is the one she wears when she was 18 years old but with the Uchiha crest so that's probably why she was dressed like that

I haven't read any of the novels (in the Anime I'm on season 17 or Shippuden, and episode 40-something for Boruto (Boruto was on TV, and that's how I got exposed to the Naruto world) And in the manga I'm on Volume 10 or Naruto. I have watched most of the movies though out of boredom
