The rainy weather seems appropriate for a funeral like nature is crying with you and it's dark and gloomy. It rained hard the day we buried my mum. I thought she would have laughed about it though. Lots of love and hugs for you and Lucy.

Hiya Sharon. Friday afternoon, about half four to five, I came to Waterloo after visiting my sister's camping holiday set-up in Ainsdale. I went past the Library and the Plaza on Crosby Rd N, that you've shown us on YT before, they are huge when seen by the naked eye. Then I went down the whole length of South Str. to the Marine Terrace, before going back to Newton le Willows where i'm staying till Mon morning. Little did I know you were also in the area, but you were probably out there in the morning. But hey, wouldn't that have been a fantastic coincidence had I spotted you, sure we'd have found time for a quick cuppa and a chin wag somehow. Have a nice Sunday Sharon, greets, S.

I'm heading to Pontefracht from here, and then slowly zig-zag down south again, stopping in Ely where my Father spent the war years as a kid, and later wished for his ashes to be spread under his favourite apple tree there. He grew up in Sutton Surrey and was evacuated from there as a precaution to save the kids from the blitz. Eventually i'll be back at my Bro in Sussex where I grew up before the trip home across the channel and N France to Switz.

You'd have passed Waterloo Train Station when you drove up South Road, from Crosby Road North. It was on the left, just before Iceland .(shop 🤣 Haha) That's so lovely your Dad's ashes ⚱️ are spread under his favourite apple 🍎 tree in Ely.🙏 Thank you for letting me know your route home. Yes indeed I did notice both the station and Iceland which you have mentioned in past videos I also noticed the Alexandria which looks a little unloved... was probably a "posh" place in it's heyday! I did however forget the cafe down on the front as I did Victoria Park. Oh well, that will have to wait untill my next visit, whenever that might be! I'm so glad for you that you have your haven with your husband and children near by and are settled in with your memories, and leading a content and happy life. I hope it stays that way for you. I have spent my life always looking for, and exploring new places. I suppose we are total opposites, but I enjoy your company, even if it's just through YT. Stay happy and healthy... bye 4 now.
