Most hybrid seed don't have taste aroma n full nutrition as they have in olden traditional crops. Hybrids take more time n efforts by body to digest n absorb by our body. That factor need to be considered too. Pahale doo tamater daal dene par taste aa jata tha ab 6 daalne par bhe nahi aata. Desi variety sab khatam hone lagi hain. 8- 10% decreased in nutrition value of wheat from past has happened due to various reasons accepted by agricultural scientist of india. We are feeding more ppl due to population but nutrition is lacking.
