On June 28, graduates celebrated the end of their studies in higher educational institutions. In 2024, for the first time in Belarus, a “ship” with scarlet sails passed along the Svisloch. (Before this, the organizers used only small yachts). A similar show has been taking place in St. Petersburg for many years, but, unfortunately, it is very, very difficult to see the scarlet sails there due to the width of the Neva and restrictions for spectators. In Minsk, everything is simpler and more accessible for everyone.
