I did business here from 2006 to 2011 before i left for Lagos, indeed this market has lifted many poor families from the East. We called this market in Igbo ọzọ igbo ndu. Or ozo umu ogbenye. So many businesses transactions are happening here. U won't believe millions are been made here from the dirty environment. And many are into creativities here like waking up dead spare parts to come back alive, igbos are very talented and most creative human on earth no doubt, if u visit this market u will understand what am saying. Love live my people

Igbos are very hardworking people built and engraved in their dna.My only worry is this mindset of an average lgbo man to import, import everything. If these hardwork is translated to making and producing your own goods things would be different.l genuinely think half of these importers, business men just don't realise or understand the implications of importation.I honestly believe nigerian electricity problem, train system problem is the result of import loving saboteurs.....All of those cargos coming into the country without a corresponding cargo go out means trade deficit, less foreign exchange, which means devaluation of the naira, means less unemployment, lack of infrastructures, increase in crimes etc.lf these hardwork can somehow be translated to quality locally made goods, stop importation, except for those practically impossible goods that can not be produced/ manufacture at home.lf China,Turkey can do it why can't nigeria or biafra? All things are possible to them that believe.lgbo kwenu!! Thank you.

Eboh media you are doing well bro...i remember When I use to carry camera to this market to snap picture Id for plastic ID cards and I will go to lagos and print them.been an igbo man you must figure out survival plans.. Ndi igbo are very hard working. Many started business there with just 10thousand naira as capita but they are landlords today.it is easy to be rich in igbo land if you are hard working. Today I live in England and am doing well.hard work pays..mgbuka obosi made alot of people millionaires..eboh more of such videos. Go to enugu ukwu show us people who are making a living by just planting onugbu leaf.there is more to just been an igbo man . igbo amaka.

My observation on our business outlook is to milk and milk profit without paying much attention to the environment. That is why sharp practices are prevalent in our trade dealings. Our profiteering attitude needs to be watched and made reasonable. That should be the role of our governments and igbo socio cultural groups

Interesting walk video of Mgbuka Obosi market. A big difference from the normal drive video. I do not know if you are using old gopro camera or some other brand; there is swinging in the video walk. It might cause some people to feel dizzy. The camera needs a steady stabilizer. I think gopro hero 8 or 9 would have been better for the walk. Anyway, very good video walk. God bless.
