The "Palace Park", one of the Norwegian capital’s first and largest parks, surrounds the "Royal Palace" on all sides and features grassy areas as well as old, majestic trees. It is 22 hectares (54 acres). The "Palace Park" was developed simultaneously with the construction of the new "Royal Palace", and is based on the ideal model of nature that prevailed in European horticulture in the mid-1800s. The park was built during the 1840s and was designed by "Hans Ditlev Franciscus Linstow", who was the main architect of the palace. 2000 trees were planted in 1848, but since then the park has been redeveloped several times, becoming simpler with larger but fewer paths and fewer creeks.
"Majorstuen" is a particularly affluent neighborhood in the Frogner borough in the inner part of Oslo, Norway. "Majorstuen" is known for its vibrant downtown and especially its shopping area. The area has several elegant townhouses c. 1880-1890. The area is also an important public transport junction in Oslo, where all metro lines, three tram lines, and five bus lines operate. It is served by Majorstuen station.

This was different from the previous walks I watched. 😲 Walking through snow and ice like that, do you have skates or piggs under regular mountain shoes for safety? ⛑ Anyways, take it icy. Skating is faster than anything and a national sport. I know and U know that. Ic y. People learn skating while shopping in a way on regular streets. Cool
