Let's walk together. Walking can improve both your mental and physical health and I've been putting off starting for a while. My aim is to walk regularly and I'll be sharing with you, if you need a bit of motivation...here it is!

Great idea to walk around ❤ Very interesting to see your surroundings 😊 Just make a challange for yourself: Go outside daily to make a short YT video like today? Maybe it keeps you more motivated to do it then?

Aw thank you🥰 That wasn't even the 4D type, just a regular scan to check the size of the baby, I was amazed! ❤️ Such an exciting time, I can't wait 🥰

Watching you Bec has given me the nudge to do a short walk everyday . I like walking but the weather has not been very inviting lately.I find that once you get out for that first walk you realise how much you need it . Thats an amazing regular scan ❤. You’re going to be besotted with the baby 👶🏻.It’s a wonderful feeling becoming a nanna 👵🏻. I saw all that work going on in the fields from a distance . I was wondering what’s going on there . I hope it’s not more houses 😮. Xx
