Can you make a video on up and coming walkable Oakland neighborhoods that are relatively affordable? I’m thinking ones like Temescal ten or more years ago.

How does a median home cost 2 million ???

Because it's a great place and lots of people would like to live there. There's also a ton of people with money here. People hear Oakland and think poor. Alameda County is one of the higest earning counties in the country.

Would definitely move to Temescal just to be able to walk to Tacos Oscar every dang day

can't argue with that!

Piedmont Ave may be walkable, but the sidewalks are way too narrow. Shafter is correct. The reason you don't hear it being called Rockridge is because the people who live there like to think and say they live in Rockridge.

Hi, thank you for your content. please make a video about safety if possible. I think Oakland is in a great location. but my wife is afraid to move to Oakland because of the crime. We are new to the bay area, and live in Fremont. almost everyone I talk to about Oakland has bad comments about it. I think this is not accurate.

Thank you for watching! I have thought about making a video on that subject, but safety is a relative term and it’s hard to generalize. I’d be more than happy to discuss it with you on the phone or zoom though. calendly.com/zachderossette/buying-selling?month=2023-07
“This neighborhood has a 90 walk score, an A+ and you can walk to 11 restaurants within 5 minutes. The median home price is two.. million dollars.” BWAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHhhahHhHhhHhHhahahahaha
